Laystone Group

Our Approach

How we operate.

Our hands-on, personal engagement, programs co-built with the institutions, and an honest measure of what actually changes.

Method

No delegation.

We engage personally in every program. Not through a distant philanthropic team, not through external providers — directly, in the classrooms and on the juries, through the people who run the group.

Each program is co-built with the institution over three to five years. No one-off interventions, no one-shot masterclass for the photo — a renewed commitment that allows tracking cohorts over time.

Programs

Four formats, one discipline.

01

Mentorship

One-on-one accompaniment of students throughout the year — career choices, entrepreneurial projects, technical theses. We meet each mentee 4 to 6 times a year.
02

Masterclasses

Two- to three-hour sessions inside partner schools' official curricula — case studies drawn from the group's operational practice.
03

Project juries

Participation in capstone juries, thesis defenses, pitch days. Direct evaluation, honest feedback, post-project contacts.
04

Civic initiatives

Support for student associations and public-interest initiatives aligned with the group's long-term horizon and values.

Governance

Board and accountability.

Laystone Foundation is governed by a small board that validates program directions, approves institutional partnerships, and publishes a yearly public activity report.
